Description: The Disclosure & Barring Service Programme is a change programme established to modernise and improve the disclosure and barring services previously delivered by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority - and now delivered by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
