An independent assurance review was completed on 18 May 2017 when the Programme received an Amber/Green rating. The resulting actions were progressed and are closed following review by the Home Office Portfolio, Investment and Change Committee.

Whole life costs have increased by £83m since 16-17 due to a comprehensive reconsideration and revaluation of current run costs.
